Memorial Medical Center, Behavioral Health Services
Jocelyn Langholz has been working with transgender clients for 5+ years. She is working in a remote community in northern Wisconsin, where transgender services are limited. Langholz coordinates with David Mischel, LNP in her clinic to provide service to transgender patients and those who are exploring gender identity. She has a working relationship with a local endocrinologist and several primary care physicians to provide informed, respectful care in the immediate community. She is working to expand this local network, as well as increase connection with surgeons in the region to enhance those referrals as they are pursued. Langholz writes letters of referral for trans clients seeking hormone therapy, gender-affirming surgery, and updating identity documents.
