A Historical Perspective on LGBT Rights in Cuba and Current Challenges
Please join us for a special presentation by Dr. Alberto Roque Guerra, Cuban Physician and Gay Activist, on 9/2/15 at the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center at 7:00 p.m., located at 1110 N. Market St. Second Floor, Milwaukee WI 53202.
Dr. Roque coordinated Cuba’s medical program of comprehensive treatment for transgender people. Dr. Roque has written, presented and consulted widely on LGBT issues in Europe, Latin America and the U.S. This will be his first visit to Wisconsin. The presentation is free and open to the public.
