Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers provides high quality health care, health education and social services for residents of the multi-cultural neighborhoods on Milwaukee’s South Side. An independent non-profit agency, Sixteenth Street now operates at five locations.

Abigail Inman is a Physical Therapist at the West Allis Center for Continence and Pelvic Floor. She has worked with transgender patients for over a year, and is willing to refer trans patients to surgeons for gender-affirming procedures.
Dr. Adrienne R. Hampton describes her practice as open, friendly, and affirming of all people. "BIPOC & LGBTQ identified folks encouraged - we strive to hold safe healthcare space for you!" In addition to following the WPATH standards of care, Dr. Valika also follows the Endocrine Society Guidelines.
Dr. Bradley R. Javorsky is a general endocrinologist who takes care of all endocrine conditions, but has a special interest in helping transgender individuals achieve their goals. He has been in practice since 2008 and feels very comfortable treating transgender individuals, but recognizes that there is always more to learn.
Dr. Javorsky prescribes hormones to transgender patients and refers patients to surgeons for gender-affirming surgery. For Dr. Javorsky, safety is his priority when prescribing hormone therapy.

Kellen is an astrologer, herbalist, and licensed acupuncturist. They also manage the behind the scenes aspects of North Node Clinic (Pisces north node duties). As a non-binary white trans person, Kellen is passionate about LGBTQI competent health care and the intersection of social justice and health.
Kellen has worked with transgender patients for over a three years. At their practice, they are willing to refer patients to surgeons for gender-affirming surgery and write letters in support of trans patients updating their identity documents.
Dr. Kristen Wilde works at the Good Hope Internal Medicine clinic in Milwaukee, WI. The Chicago Women's Health Center is a feminist health center that practices an affirming, collaborative, client-centered approach to providing physical health care, mental health care, and health education. The scope of care offered includes primary care, reproductive and sexual health care, hormone management, and counseling.
Leslie Fiedler, as well as all of the care team at the clinic, follow an informed consent model for gender-affirming hormone therapy. They work with individuals 18 years or older and offer a sliding scale fee. The clinic does not require letters of recommendation/referral to prescribe hormone therapy.

The Martin Luther King Heritage Health Center is a federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC; Community Health Clinic) with family and internal medicine, urgent care, pediatrics, women's health, HIV and hepatitis services (screening, diagnosis, treatment), dental, pharmacy, radiology, and other services. It is designed for people with any insurance or sliding scale fees for uninsured patients.
Dr. Mark Bosbous offers full service plastic surgery including cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He has worked with transgender patients for 5+ years and specializes in top surgery (for both trans men and women) and body contouring. Dr. Bosbous does not perform genital surgery.

"Since 2008, I have been providing full spectrum family medicine to people of all genders. “Full spectrum” family medicine means that I take care of patients of all ages throughout the life span. I care for adults, children, pregnant people and babies in both the clinic and hospital settings. In regards to care that I provide that is specific to TNG people and their families, I assist people in gender transition by being a patient advocate, writing letters, prescribing gender-affirming hormones, making referrals when needed, and helping folks navigate the health care system. I also help families of all kinds on the journey to parenthood, including providing in-office inseminations (IUI) when desired. I work hard to create a space that is safe for people of all genders to access the health care system and get the care that they need."
