Description: Interested in finding a new quarantine hobby? Join us for a relaxed info session and hangout where FORGE’s Caleb Weinhardt will demo making fermented soda from ginger bug (the starter) to finished drinks! Fermented soda is a simple homemade drink made with ginger and sugar that can be flavored with all kinds of fruits and plants. Some favorite flavors include blueberry, Oregon grape, sumac, elderberry, and fennel! Come learn about the Supreme Court cases that gay and trans plaintiffs won, what their victory means for trans and non-binary employees, and how this development can spur positive change in schools, health care, and more.
