Being a dual-credentialed counselor allows me to support and develop a trusting collaborative approach with all my clients’ Mental Health and/or Substance Use, which in turn prompts overall healthy well-being. I utilize multiple therapies, Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Integrated Transitions, Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and Multisystemic Therapy. My specialized training in Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking, LGBTQIA+, Life & Grief, Medication Assisted Treatment, Mood Disorders, Relationship issues, Self-Esteem Issues, Sexual Abuse, Substance Use, Women’s Life Issues, & Trauma, has given me insight in dealing with community resources, criminal justice system.
