FORGE Joins TIME’S UP! Campaign

You’ve probably heard of the TIME’S UP legal defense fund. It was founded and promoted largely by women in Hollywood responding to pervasive sexual harassment and assault they and their colleagues had experienced. The TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund is specifically aimed at helping low-wage workers who experience workplace assault, harassment, abuse and related retaliation access legal and public relations assistance to address those wrongs. FORGE is proud to be one of 18 organizations (out of 120 applicants!) chosen to provide outreach, education, and referrals to low-wage workers. FORGE will focus particularly on getting the word out to transgender and non-binary workers and linking them with these critical new resources. Want to learn more?
