Hormones as Essential Medicine with Dr. Francis

April 28, 2020

Some people are experiencing lags in their trans-related medical care during COVID-19. Nearly all medical appointments are happening by telehealth, with routine lab tests being deferred until the health crisis has calmed down. However, some trans and non-binary people are being denied refills to their hormones or not being able to connect with their health care provider to maintain their medical care. During this ASK the Expert, Joanna Woodbury and Dr. Jessica Francis will share information on how to have continuity of care (including hormones), as well as some harm reduction strategies to insure your best health during these tough times.
