Disability and Transgender Survivors: Empowering Providers who Work with Multiply-Marginalized Populations.

Transgender and gender nonconforming individuals live with higher-than-average rates of physical and mental health conditions. This webinar explores the barriers and experiences of transgender survivors with disabilities, through information and statistics about who they are and the types of violence they experience. Information about constructive and practical strategies for working with this multiply-marginalized population is also provided.
