December [Monthly Community Meeting] – Happy/Helpful/Healing Party

You’re invited! Please join FORGE at our last meeting of the year for a community gathering to connect, network, socialize, and just be you. Transgender and non-binary individuals, friends and family, and supportive community members are welcome to join in creating a reflective and restorative space for our community to close out 2018 – a year of notable challenges and remarkable highs (like recent court decisions in Wisconsin making trans-specific healthcare accessible to state employees and BadgerCare enrollees!).
We’ll also reserve time to hear from you. What would you like to see from FORGE in 2019 for support, connection, community events, or in response to social/political developments? What ideas do you have to help FORGE reach more people to strengthen our rich and diverse communities?
We’ll bring games and music – you bring yourself, your family, your friends, and, if you’re able, a treat to share!
