April 15, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm EDT

Social Support

Join FORGE and Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin, Inclusion Health Clinic for uplifting and supportive social connection.  Groups will meet three times each week with a different focus for each session. Groups offer opportunities to connect with new and old friends, reduce isolation and loneliness, and have some fun in the process!
April 15, 2020 @ Noon–1:30pm (W) – Film with Friends
We love the animated show Steven Universe.  You will too!  Join us in watching the first episode together via Zoom, followed by a group discussion.
All groups are trans and queer led.

The facilitator for all events this week is Matthew Lewis, a Black Queer poet, community health promoter, and unapologetic Aquarius.  He has a bachelor’s degree in English-Creative Writing and Gender Studies from the UW-Madison.  He currently works as a Clinical Program Coordinator for the Medical College of Wisconsin. Matthew has strong passions for storytelling, R&B music, and Food Network TV.

PACT NOW = Preventing and Assisting with COVID-19 among Trans and Non-binary Wisconsinites.  PACT NOW is a partnership between FORGE and Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin, Inclusion Health Clinic.
This project is funded in part by the Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
