The Supreme Court: What Every Trans & Non-Binary Employee Should Know

FORGE staff member, Shelley Gregory, will discuss recent news about the workplace rights of trans & non-binary employees.
Shelley, a former employment discrimination attorney, will break down the three Supreme Court cases in easily understandable terms and will explain how laws currently protect trans and non-binary workers.
Shelley will also talk about how the Supreme Court cases may (or may not) affect trans & non-binary workers, as well as the implications of the Equality Act (a landmark non-discrimination law pending in Congress) on trans people’s lives. The presentation will include time for questions.
