Monthly Meeting: Self defense and confidence (with Joey Clark)

Many of us don’t always feel safe on the street. Long-time FORGE member 2015 Fellow, Joey Clark, will teach moves and tactics that can help people get out of holds if they are grabbed, use their own body as a defensive weapon, and learn where an attacker is most vulnerable.
