Activity: FORGE Outdoors offers free, inclusive outdoor activities for transgender/non-binary individuals and their friends, family and loved ones in in the Milwaukee area. All are welcome, including families with children! Join us for a fun and FREE afternoon of ice skating! This time, we’ll be indoors at the world-class Pettit National Ice Center. Come enjoy indoor ice skating and a hot drink, compliments of FORGE! Waiver: To join our activities, please complete a winter activities waiver form before attending! Health, Trauma, and Resilience in Trans/Non-binary Communities (CCF)

Workshop at the Cream City Foundation's LGBTQ+ Health Families, Healthy Communities Conference Trans/non-binary individuals may experience higher rates of health disparities and victimization than their non-trans peers.  AND, trans/non-binary individuals may also demonstrate high rates of thriving and resilience!   Join FORGE staff for a fast-paced exploration of trans health and wellness, with a positive spin.  Participants will leave with a handful of resources, as well as a list of free and easy things any provider or agency can do to improve their service to trans/non-binary clients.

MKE TDOR 2021 – Call for submissions

Your Voice. Our Community. Our TDOR. We welcome your voice as an integral part of creating this year’s Milwaukee Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR). We encourage you to add your voice – your words, music, dance, performance art – to a collection of others to create a powerful, multi-dimensional, reflective, and meaningful community event. This year’s MKE TDOR will be virtual on November 19, 2021 @ 7:00pm Central Time. The event will be an array of pre-recorded speeches, music, grounding, and community connection. Your voice is essential in making sure MKE’s TDOR is reflective of and inclusive of ALL of our broad community.
